FAQ
Welcome to our FAQ section, where we’ve answered the most common questions to help you understand our services and make the most of your experience with us!
1. What is Oefentherapie (Cesar)?
Oefentherapie (Cesar) is a movement therapy focused on developing and promoting healthy, natural posture and movement habits. Its goal is to address or prevent issues in motor and non-motor functions. The Cesar method is designed to develop effective motor patterns, allowing the brain to process and use information needed for efficient movement.
With time, these improved, harmonious movements can become second nature, making them easier to integrate into various activities (such as sports, games, athletics, and professional tasks).
During a Cesar session, exercises are carefully selected and monitored, with feedback given to ensure correct execution. These exercises are presented in a strategic, methodical context, making them true Cesar exercises.
2. How can I receive treatment through the SVB insurance?
If you have an SVB insurance card, follow these steps: visit your general practitioner or specialist with your complaint. They will diagnose and refer you for movement therapy (Oefentherapie).
3. What is the process for private health insurance coverage?
To use private insurance for Oefentherapie, visit your doctor or specialist with your complaint. After diagnosis, you’ll be referred for therapy. Submit the referral to your private insurer to request a guarantee letter for your treatment coverage.
4. What’s the procedure for post-accident treatment?
After a car accident, therapy treatments should be covered by the auto insurance of the driver who caused the accident. You can obtain a guarantee letter from the responsible auto insurance company.
5. How many therapy sessions are covered by health insurance?
SVB covers four therapy sessions. If further sessions are needed, a treatment plan is submitted to SVB, which then determines additional session eligibility. Private insurance often covers six to eight sessions. If these are insufficient, a treatment plan can be submitted for further approval.
